1. The Submit & Win Contest (the “Contest”) is a limited time contest available to Eligible Brokers (as defined below). These Rules apply only to this Contest and should be read in conjunction with Haventree Bank’s Elite Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions. The Contest is administered by Haventree Bank, P.O. Box 1160, STN TD, Toronto, ON M5K 1P2 (“Haventree”).

2. By entering, each Eligible Broker agrees to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Haventree, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. This Contest is for broker use only. It is not directed to and is not open to consumers or members of the public.

3. Contest Period. The Contest begins on July 14, 2026 at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). Only mortgage applications submitted by Eligible Brokers during the Contest Period will count toward entries.

4. Eligibility. To be eligible to participate in the Contest, brokers must be in good standing with Haventree throughout the Contest Period (each, an “Eligible Broker”) and must not be a broker affiliated with Haventree’s FID (Financial Institutions Division) channel. Haventree may, at any time and in its sole discretion, verify a broker’s identity, licensing, brokerage affiliation, onboarding status, or good-standing status before awarding any prize.

5. Entries. Each eligible mortgage application submitted by an Eligible Broker during the Contest Period counts as one (1) entry.

• Three (3) submissions: 3 entries

• Five (5) submissions: 5 entries

6. Prize. There are two (2) prizes available to be won (each, a “Prize”). Each Prize consists of 2,000 Elite Loyalty Points (“Elite Points”) credited to the winner’s Elite Loyalty Program account. The approximate retail value of each prize is CAD $2,000. Elite Points awarded as a Prize are at all times subject to the Elite Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions.

7. Enrollment in Elite Loyalty Program. A winning Eligible Broker who is not currently enrolled in the Elite Loyalty Program (a “Non-Status Broker”) must, as a condition of receiving the Prize, complete enrolment in the Elite Loyalty Program portal and accept the Elite Loyalty Program Terms within the time period specified by Haventree. Failure to enroll within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and Haventree may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner.

8. Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

9. Winner Selection and Notification. The winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries. The draw will be conducted at Haventree’s offices in Toronto, Ontario. The winners will be notified by email within ten (10) business days following the end of the Contest Period. The Prize will be delivered within four (4) weeks of such notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond, or fails to comply with these Rules within the time period specified by Haventree in the notification e-mail, the Prize will be forfeited and Haventree may, in its sole discretion and without right of appeal, select an alternate winner using the same methodology.

10. Declaration of Winner. To be declared a winner and receive a Prize, an Eligible Broker must (i) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question posed by Haventree; and (ii) execute and return a Release in the form provided by Haventree, confirming compliance with these Rules, accepting the Prize as awarded, permitting Haventree to announce and advertise the winner's name and likeness, and releasing Haventree and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from liability in connection with the Contest or any Prize. Failure to satisfy these requirements or otherwise comply with these Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (using the same methodology identified above).

11. Privacy. Haventree respects your right to privacy. Personal information collected from Eligible Brokers will only be used by Haventree or its representatives to administer the Contest. By entering the Contest, Eligible Brokers consent to the manner of collection, use and disclosure of personal information as set out in the Haventree Privacy Statement, which is available at: https://www.haventreebank.com/en-CA/privacy-statement

12. Governing Law. By entering the Contest, each Eligible Broker agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any Prize will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario over any such claim or matter.

13. General. Haventree reserves the right to suspend, modify, amend, cancel or terminate the Contest at any time. Haventree is not responsible for lost, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected or corrupted entries, technical failures affecting the Contest, or administrative errors. Haventree may audit submissions and adjust or void entries to address errors, duplication, manipulation or fraud. Entries not submitted in accordance with these Rules are void and the applicable Eligible Broker may be disqualified.

14. Conflict. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Rules and any marketing, promotional, social, e-mail or other Contest materials, these Rules will prevail, except where otherwise expressly stated. In the event of any conflict between these Rules and the Elite Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions in respect of the Elite Points awarded as a Prize, the Elite Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions will govern the holding, redemption, and use of those Elite Points.
