Haventree Bank Elite Loyalty Program: Terms & Conditions

  1. Definitions:

  • “Status” means the tier level (Gold, Platinum, Diamond) earned by a Team under this Program.

  • “Funded Loan(s)” means mortgage transactions funded by Haventree, including first and second mortgages and refinances.

  • “Points” means Elite Loyalty Points earned per Funded Loan.

  1. Effective April 1, 2026, Haventree Bank (“Haventree”) will refresh its Elite Loyalty Program (the “Program”) as described in these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms govern participation in the Program, and by participating, you agree to these Terms.

  2. The Program is available to eligible mortgage brokers (as defined below) to recognize and reward broker performance through three achievement-based status tiers: Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Eligible Brokers progress through these tiers based on the number of Funded Loans completed, earning loyalty points for each Funded Loan.

  3. To be eligible to participate in the Program, brokers must be in good standing with Haventree throughout the Program Year, as defined below (each, an “Eligible Broker”). Haventree may require verification of a broker’s identity, licensing, affiliation, or onboarding status before applying or continuing Status.

Program Structure

  1. The Program runs from January 1 to December 31 each year (each, a “Program Year”).

  2. Eligible Brokers can participate in the Program either individually or as a member of a team composed solely of Eligible Brokers from the same brokerage operating in the same province (each, a “Team”). Teams may add or remove brokers during the Program Year provided all eligibility requirements continue to be met.

  3. Individual participating Eligible Brokers and Teams earn Status based on the total number of Funded Loans they complete. At the start of the Program Year, status is determined automatically by Haventree based on the total number of Funded Loans completed in the preceding Program Year. For example, a participating Eligible Broker or Team that completes 10 Funded Loans in 2026 will qualify for Gold Status in 2027. However, if that same participating Eligible Broker or Team completes only 9 Funded Loans in 2027, they will not qualify for any Status at the beginning of 2028.

  4. Eligible Brokers who reach Status under the Program, whether as individual participants or as members of a Team, will receive the associated benefits for the duration of the Program Year until they or their Team (whichever applies) advances to a higher Status. Advancement to a higher Status occurs during a Program Year when the applicable Funded Loan threshold is met.

  5. Upon advancement to a higher Status, the benefits associated with the new Status will apply only to mortgage applications submitted after the effective date of the Status change. Benefits associated with a higher Status will not be applied retroactively to mortgage applications submitted while the individual Eligible Broker or Team held a lower Status.

  6. The number of Points awarded per deal is determined by the Status at the time the deal is funded. Points are earned as follows:

  1. Points are remitted directly to participating Eligible Brokers unless their brokerage elects to pool Points at the brokerage level. In such cases, Eligible Brokers must contact their brokerage directly regarding pooling payout arrangements. Any Points that are pooled are subject to the policies of the applicable brokerage. Haventree is not responsible for brokerage‑level pooling decisions or for the administration, allocation, or redistribution of pooled Points.

  2. Brokers who change brokerages during the Program Year must provide written notice to Haventree within thirty (30) days of the change. Status and Points eligibility for any deal is determined based on the brokerage with which the participating Eligible Broker was associated at the time the application was submitted. A change in brokerage after a mortgage application has been submitted does not affect the Status or Points associated with that deal, regardless of the brokerage with which the participating Eligible Broker is associated when the deal is funded.

  3. Points must be redeemed through the Elite Loyalty Program portal for: (a) select gift cards; (b) select merchandise listed on the portal; or (c) a virtual prepaid Mastercard (the “Prepaid Card”) (collectively, “Rewards”). All redemptions are final once submitted.

  4. Gift cards and Prepaid Cards are issued by third-party providers and are subject to their applicable terms, fees, and usage rules. Haventree is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or acceptance of these third-party Rewards, nor for any gift cards or Prepaid Cards that are lost, stolen, or remain unused once issued.

  5. Available Rewards may change at any time. Merchandise is subject to availability, may be substituted, and may differ from images or descriptions on the portal. Delivery timelines may vary.

  6. The Program is a discretionary rewards program. All mortgage lending remains subject to Haventree’s credit, underwriting, and funding criteria. Rate reductions under the Program are subject to credit approval and product eligibility of Haventree.

  7. Haventree Bank reserves the right to audit the Points for accuracy and make adjustments to account activity as necessary. Any incomplete or fraudulent Eligible Mortgage will be rejected. Haventree Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Broker in the event of a breach of the terms of the Broker Agreement or a violation of these Terms. Haventree Bank may prohibit any Participant from participating in the Program and/or receiving a Reward, if, in its sole discretion, Haventree Bank determines that the Participant has or is attempting to undermine the Program.

  8. This Program is for broker use only and is non-transferable. Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or sold. Participants are responsible for any tax liability related to their participation in and/or earning and redemption of any of the Rewards, including the payment of any taxes when due. Haventree will not be liable or responsible for any tax consequences that may flow from participation in the Program.

  9. Haventree reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to amend, suspend or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, including but not limited to:

(a) the benefits associated with any Status; (b) the method by which Points are earned, calculated, or redeemed;

(c) rate reductions or any other preferential pricing; and (d) the criteria used to determine Status or eligibility. Modifications may be made at any time and without prior notice. Haventree is not liable for any loss, expectation, or reduction in benefits resulting from changes to the Program.

  1. Haventree reserves the right to revoke or suspend, disqualify, limit or revoke a participating Eligible Broker’s eligibility, Status, or participation in the Program at any time.

  2. Haventree may amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. In the event of conflict, these Terms will prevail over any Program materials or statements, or any other communication regarding this Program, except where otherwise stated.

  3. The brokerage authorizes the Eligible Brokers’ and/or agents to participate in the Program and understands that the Program and these Terms apply to such brokers and agents. The brokerage authorizes Haventree Bank to provide the Points directly to the Eligible Broker, unless Haventree is otherwise instructed by the brokerage.

  4. By participating in this Program, Principal Broker shall indemnify and hold harmless Haventree Bank and any of Haventree Bank’s affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives harmless from and against any action or threatened action, suit or proceeding arising out of or as a result of Eligible Broker’s negligent performance under the Program and these Terms and against any and all claims, expenses, losses or damages (including reasonable legal fees) that result from the negligent actions or inaction of Participant or those persons for whom it is in law responsible including breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or other failure to perform its obligations under the Program and these Terms in accordance with its terms.

  5. By registering for the Program, the Eligible Broker releases and discharges Haventree Bank and Haventree Bank’s affiliates, their officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability resulting from (i) any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity that Eligible Broker or any other person may suffer due to any cause relating to the Program and the use or misuse of a Reward, (ii) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible communications or affidavits, regardless of the method of transmission, including the failure to send a Points notification email and/or shipping of rewards to the Eligible Broker, (iii) telephone system, telephone or computer hardware, software or other technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays or transmission errors, (iv) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of Program data, (v) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in these Terms or any materials associated with the Program, and (vi) any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participating in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Program, which could limit or prevent the opportunity of an individual from registering or participating in the Program or using Points.
